“Domino effect"

I was the Production Designer and Set Decorator of this Short Film about the domino effect that knife crime generates in the family of the victims.

The location we used was an Airbnb house which was very bare and had only the essential: this gave me more room for creativity.

We had to shoot 4 bedrooms part of 3 different households and the house had only three rooms.

To make the best use of the space we had, I decided to set Tyrique’s Bedroom and his parents’ one (so the same household) in the same big room using only one side for each set: Tyrique’s facing the white wall and the parents’ facing the brown wall, making them look like two different spaces.
